We are looking to convert the garage in to a bedroom and to also include a small bathroom in the build, we are also looking to enclose our side passage area to turn in to an outside storage and to wall around the boundry area at the front of the property. I have put together some plans for the build and have been told permissions will not be required for the build as we are not increasing the front of the garage. We require all works (build, electrics, plumbing) to be completed by the contractor.
