I would like to build an extention to the rear of my semi-detached house, approximate 4 x 7 (full width of my house) meters, with a 4-folding doors, one windon on the side and 2 ceiling windows. Sloped roof. May need building regulation. Need to connect to my house's central heating.
I also want to build a detached single garage and an office at the bottom of my garagen, approximate: 6 x 8 meters.
