The Back Room is 3.86m(12'8) by 3.45m (11'4) and the narrow room beyond (next to back yard) is 2.83m(9'3) by 1.59m(5'3).

Doorway 2: This has a small side window attached, size width 1370mm (where window is) narrowing to 830mm by 2000mm high.
This will only need plastering one side.

Size of apature needed knocking through, 2110mm wide by 2300 high. This will require support and plastering new edges.

Gas cooker will also need relocating to opposite side of kitchen (approx distance 2000mm)
