3. Rear patio (approx dimensions 12m x 5m)

Full architectural and structural drawings available. Planning permission and building control approval obtained. A scoping document will also be provided to anyone that quotes.

Ideally, the work should start from Jan/Feb 2012.

Current and recent local references must be available.

We have planning permission to build a two-storey extension to our Victorian property. The floor area of each storey is approx 4m x 8m. At the front of the extension the appearance will be traditionally Victorian, including sash windows however at the rear there is a glazed wall on both levels. The extension will be connected to the main property with a glazed link.

We are looking to start the build at the beginning of July and the full tender package will be available in about two weeks (approx 10th May). At this stage we are interested to hear from local firms who have similar projects in their portfolio and are available over the summer period.
