I have an outhouse and outside toilet that I would like to integrate into the main house buy knocking a hole through a supporting wall. A lintle will be required and the current exterior access would need to be bricked up. Some electrics would need moving, floor needs bringing up to the level of existing kitchen floor, an interior wall needs removing and a stud wall built to reconfigure the outside toilet and integrate it into the existing house. Walls will need insulating, plastering as well as a new ceiling.

Bathroom Re-Model and creation of en-suite

2. To fit new suites, tiles etc to be supplied by me.

I have architectural drawings already completed and have been submitted to building regs already.
