Garage conversion with extension to include new porch. External decking. New kitchen and en suite installation. Installation of 4.8m bifold doors with new lintel
We are looking to convert our garage to include a 1m extension moving the front out and encompass a new porch area. This will be single storey with a sloped roof to match the house roof.
There will be a window to the fron to match the bedroom one above and a small side window.
Interior will become a new kitchen so will need one fitted
A new door will need to be installed to the side leading out to an outside decked area
Plans have been drawn up already and will be submitted this week
Other garage conversions have taken place with other houses in our road so we are optimistic that the plans will be agreed.
We dont have any structural engineer calculations at this time
We are the homeowners
We are also wanting to develop the house internally to include changing the kitchen to a sitting room with new 4.8m bifold doors out to the garden
We want to make the sitting room into a new master suite and will need the installation of a new en suite
We are also wanting to replace all the internal fire doors
