Standard terraced house with the kitchen (half the width of the dining room) built on the back of the dining room.

I would like to remove the wall between the kitchen and the dining room (just nder 7 foot wide inc. dor way) to make a bigger space and bring the kitchen out into the dining room.

I believe I will need a lintel put in where the wall is being removed.

On the narrow side of the door, the wall in only about 10 inches wide and has a plug socket and water pipes running down on the dining room side.

The wider side is just over 3ft wide and only has a light switch on the dining room side.

I would like a quote to have this work completed. Ideally, I would like this work to be done in the next 3-4 months.

I would like two quotes, one for having both sides of the wall removed, and one for having only the larger side and above the door removed which will leave the 10 inch pillar so that the water pipes etc do not need to be moved.

Job Description

I have an extension in Canterbury where the previous builder has left a few things undone. I need someone to come and take a quick look and finish the job.
