plans have been drawn up by architect, planning permission has been granted. its currently a 3 bed victorian terrace.
Id like a quote to put a first floor extension on the back and on top of an existing extension.
I want to move the bathroom upstairs and put in a ensuite.
Downstairs extension to side return with glass roof or velux roof.
Tri fold doors to garden.

Job Description

Our architect has just completed plans for a single story extension with a new master bedroom in the first floor attic it creates.
 
The extension replaces a smaller existing flat roofed extension which will need to be removed as part of the work, and encompasses some existing walls. In total the extension covers approx 60sqm, with about 28sqm of that being outside the existing footprint.
 
There is also the need to address existing attic living space that will require insulation upgrading and floor joists strengthening from what we have been told.
 
Clearly there is a lot more info needed than can be provided within this post so we’ve pulled together the information we think you will need to provide an initial indicative cost / estimates and posted it on the following web page – this includes an electronic version of the Architect’s plans, more detailed information regarding our requirements and some pictures of the existing property.
