I appreciate a difficult one to quote for but I am looking for someone who can help me obtain a buildings completion certificate on an single storey rear extension approx 5 x 3 metres built within permitted development.

What the inspection officer requires is to carry out visual inspection of drainage, roof insulation, raising of dpc and an inspection of flooring (I assume removal of floor tile).

So the next step for me is to get some quotes for this work to be carried out to obtain a completion certificate and make good any disruption of the existing work.

Hi I am looking for a price of a single storey extension for a side return. It is a ground floor flat in a Victorian property in Fulham (SW6 6NE)

Planning permission is approved and work needs to start first to second week in April. We have architect drawings available as well as structural calculations already drawn up.

The quotation would be for extension upto first fix
Removal of 3 chimney breasts
Relocation of bathroom services from rear of building to middle

We would require the builder to have full insurance as this is required by the surveyors involved for the party wall agreement. All work must also be certified for electrics and gas especially.

we are looking at quotations of not more than £1100 per sq metre so due to lack of time now to start please only contact us if you can come in at that price and have the relevant paperwork and can start within our timeframe so that we are also not wasting anyones time.
