Hi,

We have plans for a 2 Story Extension at the side of our house. We have calculated that the floor space is about 66sq metres. The build will also include a utility room to be built on the opposite side of the house.

The plans have been approved and we are just waiting for building regulations and calculations for two beams.

We would like a quite detailed quote with each stage clearly defined. For example.
1) Garage Demolition
2) Groundwork
3) Brickwork etc etc

Payment will be phased on completion of each part of the work.

I will attach plans which have been approved and once I get the building regs I will post these.

Obviously we will need to go through the plans with you and we can arrange a site visit.

Job Description

Construct 1 metre by 3 metre enclosed brick porch on back door. Move and re-fix existing gate.

Provide drainage for new ensuite bathroom (I have a plumber/carpenter to do the internal work). 5 metre link to existing drain.

Repair weathered brick chimney.
