We are looking to have some prices on the build work of a Kitchen Extension which has recently been approved by the local council TMBC and we have a certificate of Building Regulations authorised.

The total size of the build will be 3 metres in width and 6 metres in length. We are looking at having a tiled sloping roof, with possibly 2 Velux windows within the roof. The build will need to contain UPVC windows and a UPVC door along the 6 metre length and the guttering to compensate for rain water.

Depending on budget, we may only opt to have the shell build completed so we have a water tight build and continue to work slowly within the inside.
