Job Description

Double Garage and Chimney to be built at the side of my house.

The foundation slab has been built and the bricks and roof tiles are on site already.

The builder will:
Build a 5.88M by 5.66M garage (double skin building).
Build Chimney.
Build stairs to loft space.
Knocking through to create a fireplace in the living room.
Remove all waste from building.
Make good the site.
Order all extra materials required.
Speak to building inspectors as required.
Order roof trusses.

Job Description

Removal of existing garage, costruction of double story side extension to increase size of kitchen and add a new master bedroom with en suite, removal of section of non-load-bearing wall from existing house to allow access to new extension
Size (max): 5831mm x 3300mm (external)
standard brick construction - bottom half bricks visible, top half rendered, cavity walls, all bricks and roof tiles to match existing
