We are looking for quotes for a 2 storey side extension and a single storey rear extension, for labour and materials.
We are the owners of the property and have planning permission, architects plans and structural calculations already.
The 2 storey side extension will be about 6m x 3m, demolishing an existing garage and building a hallway, shower room and utility room downstairs along with a bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
The single storey extension would roughly be 6m x 6m and would be to remove an existing conservatory to build a large living room. We would also want to rewire and refit our existing kitchen, including demolition of a partial wall and conversion to a vaulted ceiling with skylights.

We have planning permission to build a two-storey extension to our Victorian property. The floor area of each storey is approx 4m x 8m. At the front of the extension the appearance will be traditionally Victorian, including sash windows however at the rear there is a glazed wall on both levels. The extension will be connected to the main property with a glazed link.

We are looking to start the build at the beginning of July and the full tender package will be available in about two weeks (approx 10th May). At this stage we are interested to hear from local firms who have similar projects in their portfolio and are available over the summer period.

I've got an 85% complete renovation project, the house is an old 1920's semi detached with a new extension on the rear.
