Job Description
Take off old porch and build new one onto a timber framed and timber clad house on a sloping lot. With a patio area to be put in.
Roughly 2.5 meter by 2.5 meter room, with stairs to patio area. Room needs to have water drainage and electric installed. Patio area roughly 7.5 meters by 5 meters.
Materials: Patio area needs to be slabbed.
Porch; timber framed and timber clad keeping with the existing exterior of the house. Foundation will need to be harled (not sure of spelling here). Roof - slates to match existing roof.
Would like work to be done by mid August.
