3. Lounge central light fitting - needs recessing to accommodate chandelier hook fitting. Older part of house 1920s wiring.

The old fuse box had 4 fuses, there was the upstairs sockets, Downstairs sockets and the shower running from 1 15amp fuse. The fuse burnt and the cables burnt back.

My doorbell is mains wired, recently it started buzzing - believed to just be an issue between the bell push and the wiring. A guy I know disconnected the wire to the bell to stop the buzzing but I need it fixing properly. I have recently bought a new bell push (previous one was damaged) and changed the fascia so it should all work when wired up properly.

This job is an immediate requirement as I am selling my house and have an open day on Saturday and need to hear the bell ringing.
