I have 3 lights that need fitting and wiring for a new downstairs toilet that I am slowly doing up, ideally i want the lights to run off the mains as I cannot afford to rip up any carpet / floor boards in the room nearest above. One double socket that needs removing and a double socket that needs checking. A boiler junction box that needs replacing and the outside electrics that need checking and rewiring up to the mains. Please see the pictures of the room attached to the job.I have the 3 lights to be installed. Please note the house is over 100 years old and the electrics will need completely reviewing when i have the money, for now I need an electrician that is honest and has attention to detail and is interested in more jobs in the future as there is plenty that needs fixing in this house. A couple of the light switches fitted are faulty and need electrician to fit 2 new switches (and supply), also replace bathroom fan that has stopped working
