Electrician required for Selly Oak property to carry out a number of jobs on 29th and/or 30th May:

- Install Belling BEL110CHIM_SS Chimney Cooker Hood (http://www.appliancesonline.co.uk/product/BEL110CHIM-Belling-Chimney-Cooker-Hood-Stainless-Steel-24294.aspx). - Install four new ceiling lights (light fittings will be provided).

- Install four dimmer switches (living room, dinning room, kitchen, master bedroom) (switches will be provided).

- Carry out repair on two broken light fittings (bathroom and hallway).

- Check and repair as necessary external security lighting (installed under the rear eves so a long ladder will be required).

- Check power to summer house and advise on any remedial work which needs to be carried out, fit new cover for fuse box.

I estimate that the above will take one full day so please quote your daily rate along with hourly rate for any other follow up work required. If you think the above will take longer than one day please let me know.
