I live in a new build flat (built around 2008) in the New River Village in Hornsey. There are a number of integrated electrical heaters in the flat. We've been told that they hardly ever need to be turned on, even in winter, because the flat is pretty well insulated. So we're keen to remove 2 of them and free up wall space for furniture. So the job is as follows:

- Remove x2 wall heaters
- Put a blank face plate where they're currently connected, with a view making it possible/easy to reconnect them in future if required
- The heaters can be centrally controlled/timed from a control on the wall, so ideally this should still work for the remaining units in the flat after the 2 have been removed

We have bought a new ceiling mounted light fixture and would like an old fixture taken down and the new one installed in its place.

Additionally we may possibly want:
1. mains power sockets installed in two locations (a closet and a stairwell)
2. an additional BT socket installed in the same closet (the cables are already there, they just need to be terminated at a socket)
but a discussion with you on the level of effort involved would be needed before we decide whether to proceed with these additional items.

This is a Victorian property, built around 1900. We had painting done relatively recently, so tidiness is a high priority.

I have a wall socket in my flat which has come loose from the wall. I did not pay it much mind until I touched it by accident and it electrocuted me. I would like someone to come in, and replace the wall socket with a plastic case (it is currently metal) and firmly attach it to the wall.

My property is a flat on the second floor, I am the owner and am looking to rent the flat out so need this issue fixed as soon as possible.

I require someone who can bring all of the necessary materials and fixtures and who can work early in the morning as I have work to attend later in the day
