But the plug point is on the other side of the room and we'll be using an extention to plug the tv into. We'd like the plug point moving to the wall next to where the TV will be and then the wires from the TV/Sky/DVD player to be boxed in towards that plug point.

I need the following electrical items worked in a property in Leamington Spa. I would like to install Lutron lighting controls on some spot light locations mentioned so please comment on experience and ability to work with Lutron systems.

The property will be empty during the installation - therefore lifting floor boards in floors above to allow access will not be an issue. All walls will be skimmed after 1st electrical fix by another contractor therefore no need to worry about making good any walls etc. Please also comment on if you are able to supply materials or if you would like some of the items supplied for the job (Spots, Lutron controllers?).

The work will likely need to be carried out on a 1st and 2nd fix basis due to other renovation work in the premises.

Please consider the following when providing quote.

qty 2 of ceiling spotlights fitted in each of the 4 bedrooms (total of 8 spots). Average dimensions of bedrooms are 10ft x 10ft with 8ft ceiling.

qty 2 of ceiling spotlights fitted to 2 staircase landing areas in 1st and second floor (total of 4).

qty 3 of ceiling spot lights fitted to hallway (total of 3)

qty 5 of ceiling spotlights fitted to living room (total of 5) Approx dimensions of living room 30ft x 10ft with 8.5 ft ceiling

qty 2 of ceiling spotlights fitted to 2 bathrooms (total of 4)

The above makes up a total of 24 spot lights.

The locations for spots will need to be drilled and wires pulled for all.

Please provide quote on the basis of me supplying spots and controllers and you supplying all other needed materials. I will need the work to commence on the 1st of October 2011 to keep on schedule so please quote on that basis. Let me know if more info is needed to provide quote.
