We have four halogen ceiling lights in the bathroom which have, one by one over recent months, ceased to work. We tried replacing the bulbs but this doesn't help so maybe it is the transformers? They were only fitted about 2 years ago and the electrician who advised us to install the lights made a comment about the transformers going all the time on these kinds of lights.

So I was wondering if somebody could come and fix these or advise us of the best course of action. Someone else mentioned recently that it is possible to have them connected to the mains instead which may solve the problem.
