We are a busy shop, so work would be out of hours, after 7.30pm on weekday or after 5.30pm on a Saturday or after 5pm on a sunday. The ceiling extractor fan in my bathroom is not working. It's controlled by the main bathroom light switch with a separate isolation switch. The fan is five years old and has worked fine until a few weeks ago when it just stopped without warning or noise. Quote for repair and/or replacement please.

Install consumer unit (Wylex) ( configuration is a 5 and 5 dual slot load so as to provide 2 separate RCDs covering all circuits.) NB: The consumer unit needs moving down the wall in the utility room to accommodate a new kitchen cupboard unit. The supply tail to the garage (which backs on to the utility room) where the incoming main (and fuse switch) is located will probably need to be replaced to allow the consumer unit to be moved down the wall.
Install switch fuse spur for washing machine
Install switch fuse spur for macerator
Install DSSO
Replace 1 x SSSO with 1x DSSO

KITCHEN AREA
Install 4 x DSSO
Replace 2 x DSSO
Replace 2 x Switch fused spur
Adapt dishwasher fused spur for water heater
Adapt macerator circuit for dishwasher (fused spur)
Adapt oven circuit for cooker and replace switch (replacement to include SSO)
Cease hob circuit (if not needed)
Adapt oven extractor circuit for oven extractor
Install 3 x under cupboard lights to light work top (Fit only for light. I’ll supply it.)

PATIO
Install IP rated DSSO (MK Masterseal Plus IP66) through wall from lounge

LOFT
Install DSSO in loft

GARAGE (EXTERNAL)
Install bulkhead lamp to outside of garage with switch inside garage (prefer change existing switch to double. Fit only for light. I’ll supply it.)

GARAGE (INTERNAL)
Install additional 3 x DSSO (one existing present)

Test certificate

This work is primarily to fit in around a kitchen install.

This work is modifications to existing circuits in a mid-80s contemporary detached house. I'm happy for you to visit.
