Request for quotes to rewire a two-bedroomed terrace property, brick built, requires increase in number of sockets in each room, new consumer unit etc. Last rewire approx guess 1980s.

I have 2 jobs:
1) installation of a new light fitting, there are just wires from the ceiling in place of the light (the previous tenant removed the light fitting!). If you could also supply the parts required for this that would be great.
2) I have 3* Ikea PAX wardrobe frames (100cm wide) but ordered the wrong height (236cm) and the ceiling height in my room is 235cm. I think it would not be too difficult to take 10cm or so off the height of the vertical components and re-drill the holes required for assembly??
If you could please quote the price for the light fitting and alteration of the wardrobes +/- assembly of the wardrobes?

We have stripped a kitchen and require some electrical work to be carried out before a new kitchen can be built.

Work Required:

1) Fit 3 new double plugs in the kitchen
2) Fit new electrical point for an electrical cooker
3) Upgrade the existing consumer unit behind the kitchen/underneath stairs
4) Replace kitchen light with new light (not a tube light)
5) Replace a bathroom light with a new light

Property Info:

3 bed terrace house, built around ~ 1950's.
