Lounge: 13’ X 15’5 (measured into bay)
Dining Room: 11’6 X 14’3
Kitchen: 7’2 X 9’
Seperate WC:
Bathroom:
Bedroom One: 10’10 X 11’11
Bedroom Two: 7’10 X 12’

The property is in need of complete rewiring, plumbing and new boiler.

Only one lamp on the ceiling is working but the other 5 do not need to be replaced as they are all in good order. It might be an electrical problem or a dimmer problem. We are unsure.
It probably is a quick job or fix for a qualified electrician but we are lost with this one.

Hello, I need someone who can help me select and then fit a bathroom ventilator to extract the steam as my current one is very old, and to fix a light socket that I managed to break. Quite a small job but I'd ideally like to find someone this week as I have time off work.

We have a commercial extraction system in our restaurant. For the past couple of weeks, the extraction system has either tripped/fuse blown and/or shut down. To update: I have purchased the towel rail "Ferroli Electric Black Straight Heated Towel Rail" 800x400mm. And would welcome quotes from anyone able to carry out the work in the next week.

This is a pretty small job so not sure if this is the right place for it:

and need it to be fitted 2 meteres above the ground (above a window). It's very likely that I'll need to purchase additional items such as a switch or some sort of external thing for outside. As all the switches in my house are identical I will need you to tell me what parts I need to buy to complete the fitting.

Let me know how much you would charge to install this. I would ideally like this done in the evenings or weekends if possible.

Actually, I would like this fitted with an outdoor switch if possible.

If you can do this, I'd be looking for the price to include the switch etc
