Please quote for:

a) Upgrading of electrics to current standards and adding suitable number of power points; and, separately

b) Full rewiring to current standards (including suitable number of power points).

FYI approximate floor area of the ground floor of the house is 35ft x 27ft (and upper floor similar).

Apologies if this isn't an electrician's job: I have moved in to a new house and the BT phone (master) socket is in the bedroom and I either need it moved, or need an extension run to the lounge. It might be easier to disconnect the wire as it enters the house at the front door and extend it into the lounge, but I don't mind- whatever is easiest.

I am owner of 3 bed semi-detached house. The current shower unit is a wall installed in the bath about 5 years ago. I have been advised the cabling is not correct for the type of installation which means not enough heat is getting through. The shower unit itself is loose. I believe I may need to replace the whole thing.

Currently getting kitchen installed by B&Q, but they will not install my own appliances unless they do their own electrics. Cooker needs wiring in and connecting to Gas supply, Cooker hood also needs installing.

Gas supply and electrics in place for cooker install (Hood will need wiring - spur chased in wall?). Cooker does not seem to currently have a Gas bayonet - only a tap?)

Ideal start ASAP.
