I am a property developer and have just purchased a flat in Manor Road, Bournemouth at Auction.

This is a 2 bed flat in a 2006 purpose-built block - very modern so no issues with wiring.

The property has been re-possessed by the Bank and before the previous owner left, he tried to make things difficult by removing items such as the built-in dishwasher, cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, some of the power points (!!), an extractor fan in the bathroom - and the electrical Consumer unit!

So this job is to:

1. Supply and re-install the consumer unit (wiring is cut but all there)
2. Re-connect (not re-fit) the kitchen appliances (especially the hob/oven which are hard-wired - other appliances are just 13 am plugs)
3. Supply a couple of fused switches and re-connect a couple of wall-hung electric radiators (the electric radiators are there and have been re-hung - just need re-connecting to new fudsed switches)
4. Supply and fit 2-3 light switches/2 gang power sockets
5. Re-fit a shaving/light unit in the bathroom - wiring is all there (I will supply the unit)
6. Re-fit an extractor fan in the bathroom - wiring is all there (I will supply the unit)
7. Certify the works/electrics at the flat

So as you can see the "big" job is the re-fitting of the Consumer unit - all the other jobs should be quick hopefully?

1 days work in total?? (allowing half a day for the Consumer unit) - but you tell me?

I am looking for this work to be completed within the next week, if possible (but may be able to negotiate other times if that does not suit you).
