Our electrical needs:
Living/Dining Room – 5 double sockets / 2 ceiling lights / 2 light switches
Bedroom One (front left) – 3 double sockets / 1 ceiling light / 1 light switch
Bedroom Two (front right, will be study) – 4 double sockets / 1 ceiling light / 1 light switch
Bedroom Three (has a sloping ceiling so will need to find a wall light or alternative for ceiling) – 2 double sockets / 1 ceiling or wall light / 1 light switch
Hall – 1 single socket / 1 ceiling light / 2 light switches
Staircase – 1 ceiling light / 2 light switches
Under stair cupboard – ‘new’ ceiling light with switch
Kitchen (will be fitting new kitchen and having ceiling plastered so not 100% sure how many sockets yet) - guesstimate 3 double sockets near work surface / 1 double socket for dish washer & washing machine / 1 single socket for fridge / 2 light switches
Backdoor – 1 light (possibly sensor)

I am looking urgently to have between 8 - 10 outdoor PIRs that are also connected to an inside alarm or buzzer, we had this system fitted in Spain as an parameter alarm, there was several small buzzers outside that when detected would put lights on and set of the buzzers that were quite loud. i have lots of info on this type of system although it doesn't have to be the same you may know of a better one.
Inside the house there is an extremely large empty loft which is fully lit up making the installation of approximately 30 - 35 down-lights fairly straight forward and accessible.
The Bungalow was constructed around 1986.
I am looking to get this work started quickly.

Install halogen light and an extractor fan in new en-suite (1800 x 1200).

The extractor fan has a halogen light in already and an additional halogen light will need to fitted.

Run cable in new stud wall that still has access and hook up to electric circuit, Fit new light switch and isolation switch for the extractor fan on the outside of the en-suite. Fan exhaust will run through the loft space and exit through the eaves.
