We are moving into a Semi Detached bungalow in under a week. We've been advised to consider getting the property completely rewired. The same positions for most of the sockets and all the light fittings (but we might want to change one or two of the socket positions). We would also like an intergrated fire alarm with two detectors (one downstairs and one in the loft conversion).

The house is a 1930's build and appears to have a new fuse box installed in the last 5 years. There are 4 bedrooms (two on the ground floor and two on the first floor loft conversion). There is a downstairs bathroom, small utility room, Kitchen and living room.

We will in the long term have most of the walls and ceilings re-plastered. We would like the re-wiring work to be completed to a finish ready to be plastered.

With the 'Ideal start date' we are moving into the house on 4th Feb 2013. If the work could be started in the first 2 weeks of us moving in (so some time before the 18th Feb 2013) would be good.
