Looking for a complete rewiring of a 2-bedroomed ex-council house (1970) which has concrete on ground floor and timbers upstairs. New consumer unit, around 4 plugs in each room, 3 isolated switches in kitchen for integrated appliances (cooker, washing machine, dishwasher) extractor fan in bathroom, security light in back garden and electricity in garage ( a couple of plugs). Also TV arial points in living room and both bedrooms.

I also would like telephone points installing upstairs and downstairs and 2 smoke detectors in the hallway. In addition would like a toothbrush/shaver plug in bathroom. We get the keys next week and house will be vacant for a couple of weeks while the work is being done. I am looking for someone to start next week (18th March) or the week after (25th March). If you know plasterer too that would be great
