Small industiral unit Novers Hill Bristol, has a 3 phase fuse box not sure how old but unit was built in the 1980's. The unit has started making a buzzing noise which needs attention asap.

We dont use any 3phase electricsl items, the 3phase sockets where removed from the building to leave standard 3 pin plugs like you get in a domestic house.

Fuse box is about 20 inch in height, but 10 inch wide, about 20 trip switches inside.

We have a new bit of kit that runs 240v 4kw needs it own socket like a cooker does it your house. This needs to be installed in fuse box with a run of about 1o meteres to appliance, only warehouse walls so should be able to install cabling via conduit alongside the wall.

Unfortunately I think we have overloaded one of the light fittings in our kitchen, as having just moved in we replaced the bulbs but they were too high wattage and we think they have damaged the fitting. We would like the existing fitting examined and repaired if possible or replaced if need be.

We have a small pull switch extractor fan in our bathroom. The make is Vent Axia. It does not have an external cover and so when it is windy/cold outside the cold air makes the bathroom unbearably cold. I dont know whether just an external cover can be fitted or whether the whole unit needs to be replaced. However, to get access to the outside of the bathroom (which is on the first floor) it would mean having to stand on our conservatory roof below. Thanks
