Please could you quote to replace/cement a small (2 metre X 1 metre) 6 slab patio for a bench. The previous 6 slabs were layed just on sand and so moved and cracked. We have removed them and dug out the ground to a depth of 15cm. We have spread out approximately 3cm of sub-base material and started to compact this by hand- but have run out of time.
Could you please help with the following (but obviously we would be guided by your advice):
1.Finish compacting the material and supply/add/compact an additional 3-4cm of subbase material.
2.Add and compact 1cm (approx) sharp sand (we have bought this already).
3.Supply and add 5cm level of suitable cement.
4.Lay the 6 replacement slabs (we have)
5.Return to point the slabs to a gap of 10mm.

We have a wooden bench arbour being delivered on Thursday 11th April - which the suppliers say is easy to assemble and should take around 30 minutes ! :) We will have a go but would also welcome a quote if you could put it together as a second job please?
