Lay a patio at the back. The back garden has drainage issues and these will need to be dealt with.

i would expect whoever gets the job to have experience of this type of job.

I would also expect to see work done/have guaranteed genuine references.

It would not be appropriate to quote without seeing the situation on the ground. If you charge for quoting then I would need to know in advance - sorry, it would be unlikely that I would select a tradesman who charged for quotes.
