- Total area is around 7-8 square metres (4m across and 2m deep at the widest point)
- There is a bay window
- We are looking to source some reclaimed york stone paving slabs
- Currently the area is covered by old and cracked concrete that will need to be removed
- We will also need to install pipework to route the cables for TV, Telephone and Broadband under the paving

We are also looking to have our front garden wall rendered and have capstones added in readiness for iron railings and an iron gate

- The current wall appears sturdy albeit untidy
- The front garden wall current has a V pointed capstones that will need removing

The job is based in Wandsworth in south-west London.

Driveway has been cleared and has hardcore on it. Small area needs to be re dug and filled in, but there is plenty of 'spare' hardcore. Then blocks need to be laid. I already have the blocks, they are fairly old and, due to the shape and type, need to be laid in a fish scale like pattern.
There is a level area to the side of the house and a small shallow incline to the road.
Size is about 20 metres by 7 metres at it's widest, but reducing to about four at the kerb edge.

Hi there,

basically I would like to have the paving of the front garden to be re-done.
At the moment there's a nice curvy footpath from the gate to the front door... I would like to keep the shape and type (big stones instead of small) but making it bit wider and without any gap between each stone (a proper driveway) 'cause I will use it to enter with my motorbike and park it in front of the main window.

For this reason the design of the driveway once reaching the main door should change, extending the pavement left and right to fill the whole front garden width (ideally following a nice curve). In front of the main window, there are some bush that needs to be removed to give space for the paving.

The pavement at the end, under the window will have some sort of ground lock fitted down in the concrete.
