We are looking to create a small paved area at the front of our Victorian terraced house:

- Total area is around 7-8 square metres (4m across and 2m deep at the widest point)
- There is a bay window
- We are looking to source some reclaimed york stone paving slabs
- Currently the area is covered by old and cracked concrete that will need to be removed
- We will also need to install pipework to route the cables for TV, Telephone and Broadband under the paving

We are also looking to have our front garden wall rendered and have capstones added in readiness for iron railings and an iron gate

- The current wall appears sturdy albeit untidy
- The front garden wall current has a V pointed capstones that will need removing

The job is based in Wandsworth in south-west London.

We have a 65 sqm driveway, onto which we are laying approx 320 concrete paving slabs (size 450mm x 450mm). All sharp sand and cement is on site. Type 1 is in place and compacted, and about 100 slabs have been laid. We need someone to complete the job.

Current patio is made of bricks, 21 sq. m. in a simple rectangle. Bricks to be removed, cement layer to be put down, new midnight black limestone to be laid (different sizes) - supplied by customer. Drainage slope to house. Access is only through house, skip will have to be on road.

Patio 2
Currently lawn is a square 21 sq. m.. To be dug down 125mm and turf/soil removed etc etc. Fossil Mint sandstone paving with sets around perimeter and a circle with sets in the middle - supplied by customer. Drainage sloping to garden. Access is only through house, skip will have to be on road.

Driveway has been cleared and has hardcore on it. Small area needs to be re dug and filled in, but there is plenty of 'spare' hardcore. Then blocks need to be laid. I already have the blocks, they are fairly old and, due to the shape and type, need to be laid in a fish scale like pattern.
There is a level area to the side of the house and a small shallow incline to the road.
Size is about 20 metres by 7 metres at it's widest, but reducing to about four at the kerb edge.
