To re-pave the drive way, apart from the tree and plants in the back we would like to find someone who can take everything else out and give the drive way a makeover in terms of repaving it. The driveway is slightly declined, It would be necessary to get a free estimate so we can discus details, then move forwards in getting to agree on a price and get the job done.you can have a look at the attached pictures so you can get an idea of what the work would require.

- Total area is around 7-8 square metres (4m across and 2m deep at the widest point)
- There is a bay window
- We are looking to source some reclaimed york stone paving slabs
- Currently the area is covered by old and cracked concrete that will need to be removed
- We will also need to install pipework to route the cables for TV, Telephone and Broadband under the paving

We are also looking to have our front garden wall rendered and have capstones added in readiness for iron railings and an iron gate

- The current wall appears sturdy albeit untidy
- The front garden wall current has a V pointed capstones that will need removing

The job is based in Wandsworth in south-west London.

I would like to get a front patio 15m2 and smaller rear patio 6m2 done for my house. The patios will be in 20mm thickess granite paving (supplied).

The front patio is a replacement for an existing concrete paving slab patio and the rear patio will be on what is is currently lawn.
