We are looking to create a small paved area at the front of our Victorian terraced house:

- Total area is around 7-8 square metres (4m across and 2m deep at the widest point)
- There is a bay window
- We are looking to source some reclaimed york stone paving slabs
- Currently the area is covered by old and cracked concrete that will need to be removed
- We will also need to install pipework to route the cables for TV, Telephone and Broadband under the paving

We are also looking to have our front garden wall rendered and have capstones added in readiness for iron railings and an iron gate

- The current wall appears sturdy albeit untidy
- The front garden wall current has a V pointed capstones that will need removing

The job is based in Wandsworth in south-west London.

Current patio is made of bricks, 21 sq. m. in a simple rectangle. Bricks to be removed, cement layer to be put down, new midnight black limestone to be laid (different sizes) - supplied by customer. Drainage slope to house. Access is only through house, skip will have to be on road.

Patio 2
Currently lawn is a square 21 sq. m.. To be dug down 125mm and turf/soil removed etc etc. Fossil Mint sandstone paving with sets around perimeter and a circle with sets in the middle - supplied by customer. Drainage sloping to garden. Access is only through house, skip will have to be on road.

Wall to be made from stone bricks (natural stone so not perfectly uniform), bricks 300mm length, wall just under 5m long, 1 skin, 4 course. Creation of a step within the wall also needed. About 70-80 bricks to lay in total with respect to wall+step.

I would like to get a front patio 15m2 and smaller rear patio 6m2 done for my house. The patios will be in 20mm thickess granite paving (supplied).

The front patio is a replacement for an existing concrete paving slab patio and the rear patio will be on what is is currently lawn.

Quotes should include everything else required, all other materials, tools and waste removal (as mentioned paving supplied).
