We are looking to create a small paved area at the front of our Victorian terraced house:

- Total area is around 7-8 square metres (4m across and 2m deep at the widest point)
- There is a bay window
- We are looking to source some reclaimed york stone paving slabs
- Currently the area is covered by old and cracked concrete that will need to be removed
- We will also need to install pipework to route the cables for TV, Telephone and Broadband under the paving

We are also looking to have our front garden wall rendered and have capstones added in readiness for iron railings and an iron gate

- The current wall appears sturdy albeit untidy
- The front garden wall current has a V pointed capstones that will need removing

The job is based in Wandsworth in south-west London.

Current patio is made of bricks, 21 sq. m. in a simple rectangle. Bricks to be removed, cement layer to be put down, new midnight black limestone to be laid (different sizes) - supplied by customer. Drainage slope to house. Access is only through house, skip will have to be on road.

Currently lawn is a square 21 sq. m.. To be dug down 125mm and turf/soil removed etc etc. Fossil Mint sandstone paving with sets around perimeter and a circle with sets in the middle - supplied by customer. Drainage sloping to garden. Access is only through house, skip will have to be on road.

I have a large area at the front of my house currently covered with very old crazy paving and a broken wall. I would like to replace the existing wall to the front, approx 7m including gate plus a new wall to the side approx 6.4m. I would also like to replace the old paving (approx 29m sq.) in an economical way as most of the space is very much a wasted area - no footfall or traffic, so possibly a mix of paving and slate chipping with a small planting area. I have a few ideas but would welcome suggestions and quotes to complete the work. I am looking for an overall price, this to include removal of all existing bricks/paving plus materials - although I do have a number of new bricks that I'm keen to use for the walls.
