Current patio is made of bricks, 21 sq. m. in a simple rectangle. Bricks to be removed, cement layer to be put down, new midnight black limestone to be laid (different sizes) - supplied by customer. Drainage slope to house. Access is only through house, skip will have to be on road.

Currently lawn is a square 21 sq. m.. To be dug down 125mm and turf/soil removed etc etc. Fossil Mint sandstone paving with sets around perimeter and a circle with sets in the middle - supplied by customer. Drainage sloping to garden. Access is only through house, skip will have to be on road.

I have a large area at the front of my house currently covered with very old crazy paving and a broken wall. I would like to replace the existing wall to the front, approx 7m including gate plus a new wall to the side approx 6.4m. I would also like to replace the old paving (approx 29m sq.) in an economical way as most of the space is very much a wasted area - no footfall or traffic, so possibly a mix of paving and slate chipping with a small planting area.
