We want a patio building in the back garden using flags saved from when we had our conservatory built if possible and if possible flags taken up from the drive. We wish the drive to be concreted with a rain channel and as said previously these flags used in the back garden if possible. The patio will take up probably one third of the existing garden and will be built as far as the kitchen window and neighbours fence and we want two steps down from it into the garden and small walls either side of the steps. Both jobs to be done consecutively subject to cost.

The front garden used to have a lawn, which has been dug up and it now needs preparing for use as a driveway for two cars.

It has an incline and would appreciate having a quote for the area to be tarmaced and a quote for the area to be paved as we are undecided at present.

Also, there needs to be drainage put in due to the incline.

I'm looking for a quote to block pave approx 60 sq mtrs of path around a bungalow. This in not a driveway. I already have the blocks (300mm x 200mm x80mm - these are Marshalls Metropolitan Block Paving ). I need a quote for all labour & materials (excluding blocks) but including waste removal / skip hire etc.
Currently the path is a mainly corcrete flagstones (60 cmx 60cm & 90cm x 60cm) & some natural stone 'crazy paving'. Currently the path is on several levels and this will need to be changed to one level. I'm unsure what is under the current path but would suspect that there is very little hardcore & would think it will need digging out to put in a reasonable thickness of hardcore.

I'm flexible about the when the job is to start but would like in completed quicky after so that I'm not left with mud as a path.

Front Garden. Take up the existing paving stones, install a weed free membrane and lay new paving, stone chips and artificial plants. Rebuild the stone work at the side of the entrance path.

Replace the fencing and fit a new iron entrance gate.

Rear Courtyard. Arrange for skip and clear all the existing rubbish. Take up, relay and make good the flagging and stonework.

The work is the last stage in the refurbishment of the property and needs to be carried out as soon as possible.
