- We are looking to source some reclaimed york stone paving slabs
- Currently the area is covered by old and cracked concrete that will need to be removed
- We will also need to install pipework to route the cables for TV, Telephone and Broadband under the paving

We are also looking to have our front garden wall rendered and have capstones added in readiness for iron railings and an iron gate

- The current wall appears sturdy albeit untidy
- The front garden wall current has a V pointed capstones that will need removing

The front garden was laid with large stone paving slabs and a French Drain-gravel trench was created around the bay window and front of the house. However I think the level of this is too high and water is going above the damp course and causing minor damp problems on the inside walls of our bay window.
