The works will include
• Dig out, raise, replace and/or reseat all manhole covers to ensure neat and level finish
• To make good, repack and level hogging already institute; including checking depth of hogging to ensure it meets appropriate levels for usage
• Ensure appropriate levels/gradients for water run off to prevent pooling or over whelming drains
• Use of clients cobble stones to edge/decorate tarmac area
• Use of clients cobble stones to re-do area around front door

I am looking to have a concrete path that is stepped (7/8 steps) replaced with one that builds up gradually with steps a metre or so apart. To allow easy access for a push chair as we are expecting twins.

The work will involve the removal of the original concrete path, relaying the concrete path and potentially a small retaining wall.

I am looking for someone who has experience of this type of work and references. Also they need to be able to start work pretty soon, if you are booked up until summer please do not apply.
