I am trying to sell the house but the old, falling-to-bits potting shed is seriously letting the house down and is the first thing you see when you walk down the drive, making it look a real mess. I need someone to take it down and remove it, leaving the slab base looking clean and tidy. The shed is wood panels with a felted roof, approx 6' x 8' and has 4 sloping glass panels on one side, (all cracked or broken). Access is via a drive about 30 yards, not wide enough for vehicle but good access to street (cul de sac).

We had a garage/ workshop in the garden that has been removed. There is a large concrete base that we require breaking up and removing completely so we can have lawn there in the future. Also removal of some paving slabs at the same time. Base is approx 6.2m long x 3m wide x 0.4m deep. Can email pics if needed but you'd probably want to view the job before quoting. Thanks

I have an old breeze block shed thats been built onto the end of the garage that needs...
- emptying and everything inside disposing of (mainly old garden shears & gardening equipment that I've never used and other bits of junk left by previous owner).
- 9ft5" x 6ft x 6ft high breeze block shed to knock down, that's 3 walls and a corrugated roof to demolish and dispose of.
- Surrounding area to be left clean and tidy on completion (pebbled & pea shingled yard with pond in close proximity so ground/dust sheets req.)

The shed has been added to the garage at a later time so shares no interlocking stone/brickwork with the garage, so no stone cutting/chiselling is req. There is a glass window in one of the shed walls and due to the houses age I'm presuming the shed roof is asbestos.
