- Chimney Breasts in the new joint room to be knocked
- One door to be blocked with brick from the knocked wall
- building regs approval for the job

- Walls have been taken down to brick
- There is no need for plastering etc.
- No need to clean up, I will do it
- Currently I am not living in house on regular basis

The wall is 2 metres wide and 2.7 metres high. I would like the opening to be as close to this size as possible
