In my front garden, there is an old brick drive that I would like to remove and replace with topsoil so that grass and other vegetation can be planted on top. The bricked-over area measures approximately 7 metres by 5 metres.

In the front, there is also a raised garden area off to one side held in by railroad ties measuring approximately 7 metres by 1 metre. I would like to remove these railroad ties as well and integrate the space into the area where the drive is today to make one large garden.

In my rear garden, a garage has been taken out many years ago and covered with paving stones. This space measures approximately 5 metres by 3 metres. I would like to remove the paving stones and any rubble underneath and replace with topsoil so that grass and other vegetation can be planted on top.
