We've just had a load of work done in the house, including the electrics being ripped out, walls skimmed, radiators swapped out, etc.

We have all the fallout from that sitting in our back yard (on the decking) that we need totally clearing out and disposing of inline with local regulations. We need to have assurances that this will be taken of ethically.

To be clear, we don't need any demolition work doing, only clearance of existing debris.

Job Description

The job is to remove from site an old mattress, fridge and various other unwanted junk taking up three outhouses which each measures 2 by 1 meter.

The location is in the center of Broomhill, Sheffield. S10. Parking is currently available across the road in the old police station car park.

I would guess the total volume of the junk would take up less than one transit van load.

Small outbuilding to be demolished and cleared. The building is attached to the rear yard's wall which will need retaining and making good. The buiding is approx 1.5m x 3.0m x 2.6m( to top of pitched roof ) with a pitched slate roof. Outbuilding is to the rear of an end terraced house, accessed by shared path, standing avaliable to the front of the property for a skip if required. Space opened up by the removal of the builing may open up a further job of decking or slabbing but not yet decided.
