Our (shared) property is a 4-storey Victorian conversion. In front of the basement flat, which is sunk below street level, there is an ugly concrete-capped mound. Steps to the basement flat run alongside it.

We would like this concrete mound to be be broken up and made good by turning it into a much tidier 2-tiered concrete structure descending from street level to ground. As part of this work, we would also like to 'reskim' the exisiting steps and place a new iron handrail on the wall.

In addition, we would like to repair the low brick wall at the front of the property, remove an old brick 'bin' area' (creating new version for larger bins) and replace missing iron railings from the main house entrance.

Our property is situated in a conservation zone (Brondesbury) so previous experience working to the council's regulations would be bonus.

We have two small brick flower beds with concrete foundations in our garden. We need them removed, the concrete foundation to broken down and all the debris to be cleared. The deck is about 7ft x 7ft. The foundation below it may be about 20-25 cm deep.
