Job Description
Demolition of small flat roofed extension; 2.5 * 2.5m. Walls are brick cavity, with plasterboard ceiling some insulation, and felt roof.
There is also 10-15m3 of soil to remove from the front garden.
Access is fairly good, with drive in access to within 5m of the extension (min width 2.4m)
Work required asap, ideally within next 10 days.
