Job Description

We invite quotes for the following work in our home (of which we are landlords):

Removal of iron gate (see picture)
Removal of two white concrete posts at the entrance of the property (see picture)
Demolition of walls and roof of the garage (see picture)
Removal of all rubble and waste (including gate and garage roofing) from site.

The home buyer survey report (Nov 2012) described the garage structure as follows:

Garage and outbuildings: Single garage lying in the rear garden. It is of simple blockwork construction rendered externally and having a shallow lean-to roof covered in corrugated asbestos cement sheeting. It has a metal up-and-over door. Asbestos cement sheeting should be handled with care and in accordance with Health & Safety Executive guidelines and disposed of in a controlled manner, all work within the capabilities of a competent handyman with disposal possible at the local authority waste disposal domestic tip.

Please note: the concrete base of the garage is not to be removed

There should not be any problem for access to the garage (up to 3.5m wide)
