This job is to demolish a mainly brick and tile freestanding garage. I would like to keep the roof tiles but would require the successful bidder to remove all the waste including the foundations and level the ground using soil from the garden.

The garage measures 30 feet by 9 feet and is mostly brick built - I can supply pictures.
