Job Description

I would like to open up the appearance of my stairs so the hallway looks larger internally. I need some one who can advise me if the partial wall going up this is load bearing or not so experience in this is a must. In addition to this I would like to be quoted for the removal of the wall which is approx 75cm x 1m 20 inches. This job is only small and not too time consuming. Pictures can be provided of the removal area for guidance.

Job Description

Removal of 4 x wooden fence panels (6ft x 6ft each), which are attached to brick wall at the bottom - brick wall needs to stay. Removal of wooden shed, including contents, which includes paint and metal racking (6ft high, 6 ft long, 3.5 ft wide - half full of items to be removed). Removal of wooden gate with posts (6ft high). Removal of 2 seater wooden garden seats. Removal of loose patio slabs under shed and by side of shed (I think there are about 12ish). Removal of old wooden cupboard door (6ft tall x 2 ft wide).

The fencing shown behind the 2 seatter garden seat in the picture is not to be removed. The fencing shown in the pictures with the gate and shed is the fencing to be removed.
