I would the like the wall removed and the surrounding area made good. i.e plastered.

We need the supporting wall removed between the kitchen and diner in our semi-detached house. This will require a RSJ of roughly 3m. I can box and skim the RSJ myself, all I need you to do is the major stuff (e.g. knock down wall, fit RSJ etc)

You will have to provide the RSJ and any other required materials.

Everything must be done to building regs and we will aim to get a structural engineer to draw up the plans beforehand.
